Healthy Kitten Program

 

   Our healthy kitten program is designed to provide maximum protection against the feline viruses that commonly affect kittens.  We recommend vaccinating your kitten by beginning the series at 9 weeks with vaccinations at three week intervals.  The series includes two vaccinations along with worming the kitten with general wormer. The rabies vaccine is given when the kitten reaches 12 weeks of age.

   We recommend spaying or neutering your kitten at 4 lbs. of body weight.  By doing so at this age you can generally avoid the onset of reproductive behavior.

   After completion of the program a yearly booster vaccination is recommended for continued protection throughout your cat’s life.

Program Includes the Following:

 

*       New kitten exam/consultation - plus 1 follow up exam

*       Vaccinations:

              (2) FVRCP/FELV

              (1) rabies

*       De-worming with each vaccination

*       10% discount on surgical alteration (at 4 lbs.) ovariohysterectomy (spay) or castration (neuter)

 

TOTAL PROGRAM FEE:  $193.00 payable upon initial visit

(plus alteration charges at the time of surgery)
