Brent Post, DVM

The proud new owner of High Desert Veterinary!

Some things are just meant to be. That was the feeling that Brent had when he met Tony Oddo and the whole team at High Desert Veterinary for the first time. Working for years as a managing DVM, Brent was ready to root into a clinic and land of his own, and as luck would have it, Tony was ready to shepherd in the new owner of High Desert Veterinary. The timing proved to be perfect for both.

Building on the legacy Tony created when establishing High Desert Veterinary, Brent operates as both owner and Medical Director of the clinic, utilizing his top-notch training in the most current standard of care. Brent received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Carleton College in Minnesota and went on to earn his Doctorate as a 2010 graduate of the University of California-Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Today, Brent Post applies 14 years of hands-on, animal-loving experience to his practice of medicine.

As a strong proponent of communicating to empower clients, Dr. Post takes a thoughtful approach to his leadership as a veterinarian, taking the time to talk with clients through their choices so that they can make the best decisions for their pet and family. The friendliness and kind approach is what make the care at High Desert Veterinary so special.
